The plaintiff, a motorcycle dealer selling and servicing motorcycles, brings this action under section 198 of the General Business Law seeking to enjoin the defendant, a distributor of Kawasaki motorcycles and parts, from terminating an agreement between the parties relative to the purchase and sale of Kawasaki motorcycles, parts and accessories for sale at the plaintiff’s place of business at Whitesboro, New York.
