MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAVIS, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Barney Wilson, filed this action against defendants, the Board of Trustees of the Community College of Baltimore County and Eugenia Proulx, the President of the college, alleging, in three counts, the following claims: violation of his rights to speech and association under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the federal constitution; violation of his right to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment to the federal constitution (each asserted pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983), and breach of contract under state law.
