I. Background
This involves a lawsuit brought by the Fin & Feather Club, by and through trustee, Kenneth Parten (the Club) against Dale Leander and Don Leander, seeking to recover debts which arose from club dues, assessments, and other charges related to membership in the Club. This is not the first appearance of this case before us, it having been the subject of a previous appeal mentioned below wherein we remanded the matter to determine the issue of damages.
