This is an action instituted by the plaintiffs, as substituted trustees under the will of John C. Drewry, Sr., wherein they pray “That because of the death of John 0. Drewry before he had attained the age of 35 years the plaintiffs are uncertain of their duties as trustees under the said will and of the proper distribution of the assets of the trusts of which they are trustees if the same, or any part thereof, are now distributable, and they therefore pray the court for the construction of said will and an adjudication of the true meaning thereof, and particularly for the advice and…
