Mark Singer filed this qui tarn action pursuant to the False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729 et seq., against Dr. Mark Karides, Dr. Irfan Mirza, and Dr. Bozena Witek (collectively, “Individual Defendants”), as well as Progressive Care, SC (“Progressive,” and together with the Individual Defendants, “Defendants”).
