In this appeal, we consider whether Trigon Healthcare, Virginia’s largest for-profit health insurance company, and its affiliated companies (collectively, Trigon), 1 were engaged in an anticompetitive conspiracy with medical doctors and medical associations whose purpose was to.harm chiropractors.
