Plaintiff, at the time of the agreement hereinafter mentioned, was a woodsman and pine-land explorer of large experience, well versed in respect to the location of valuable timber lands on the government domain in northwestern Wisconsin, and the methods to be pursued in order to legally acquire lands under the land laws of the United States.
