This was an action to recover the sum of $220 claimed to be due from the defendant as a real estate commission. *354After a verdict for the defendant the case is brought before this court on the plaintiff’s motion for a new trial and on exceptions to certain portions of the judge’s charge and to his refusal to give a requested instruction. The motion is not seriously argued and it is clear that the jury’s findings on the issues of fact must stand.
