OPINION AND ORDER

I. Introduction
The instant proceeding is before the Court upon an objection to confirmation (“Objection”) of the Chapter 13 plan proposed by the debtors, Jerry E. and Kaye M. Carver (“Debtors”). The Objection was filed by Continental Insurance Company (“Continental”) and presented at the November 14, 1989 hearing to consider confirmation of Debtors’ plan.
