This was an action of slander, brought by appellant against appellee. The complaint was in two para*182graphs. The appellee demurred separately to each paragraph, and to each set of words in each paragraph. The demurrer was sustained to the 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 14th, 16th and 17th sets of words in the first paragraph, and to the 9th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th sets of words in the second paragraph, and overruled as to each paragraph as a whole, and to the 1st, 2d, 3d, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 12th, I5th, 18th, 19th and 20th sets of words in the first paragraph, and 1st, 2d, 3d, 4th,…
