Appellant Maurice Fields was charged with aggravated robbery and entered a plea of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and was found guilty of the offense of aggravated robbery. He was sentenced as an habitual offender to twenty-eight years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
