OPINION

By BRYANT, J.

This is an appeal from the judgment of the Columbus Municipal Court. Walter R. Cutnaw, plaintiff in that court, appellee herein, brought suit against the city of Columbus, defendant below, appellant herein, for damages in the amount of $535. Cutnaw in his petition alleged that the city of Columbus operated an off-street public parking garage at 60 East Long Street in the city of Columbus where it parked cars for compensation; that on May 4, 1956 he left his 1951 Olds automobile at said parking garage to be parked; that an employee of the city of Columbus in said parking…
