KANE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs’ complaint was filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b) of the Federal Tort Claims Act. It alleged that physicians and other medical staff at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado were negligent in their care and treatment of Rebel Ann Mays.
