People v. Strasbaugh

This is an appeal by defendant Sharon Strasbaugh from an order of the circuit court of Sangamon County denying defendant’s petition to rescind the statutory summary suspension of defendant’s driver’s license. On May 22, 1989, traffic citations were issued against defendant for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident (docket No. 89— T — 13528) and for driving while under the influence of alcohol (docket No. 89 — T—13529) (Ill.
