COFFEY, Circuit Judge.
Leonard Sasson was charged with and convicted of one count of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute and five counts of distribution of controlled substances, Dilaudid, 1 Ritalin, and Morphine. See 18 U.S.C. § 2; 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. He was sentenced to 150 months of imprisonment to be followed by ten years of supervised release.
