The facts of this case are set forth in detail in the opinion of the learned Superior Court (135 Pa. Superior Ct. 433). For our purpose we need only say here that appellee, who was in the employ of the appellant School District upon the effective date of the Teachers’ Tenure Act of April 6, 1937, P.
