The plaintiffs in this case are two ERISA multiemployer plans, the Pension Trust and the Annuity Trust (the “Trusts”) for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local No. 683 (the “IBEW Local”). They filed this action against Advantage Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Advantage Electric, Inc.
