This case involves a disability insurance coverage dispute. Plaintiff (AUmeriea) seeks declaratory relief on the issue of whether Defendant is entitled to benefits under an insurance policy issued by Plaintiff. This action is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (# 30-1). After full consideration of the arguments, Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
