This is an original proceeding in certiorari. The relator seeks to have the recent opinion of the St. Louis Court of Appeals, in the case of Consolidated School District No. 2 of Pike County v. Lucy M. Cooper, Executrix, et al., quashed, on the ground that it is in conflict with former decisions of this court.
