Trial in the above-captioned adversary proceeding came before the Court on July 24 and 25, 2018. At the conclusion of trial, the Court ordered the parties to submit simultaneous post-trial briefs no later than September 21, 2018. Kami Kay Dehler ("Dehler") is a naturopathic practitioner. She is also certified to practice midwifery in Oregon and Louisiana.1
