Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) appeals the trial court’s grant of Donald Henke’s (“Henke”) motion for summary judgment. Allstate argues the trial court erred in finding the language in the insurance policy relating to “non-owned auto” was ambiguous, which resulted in an improper finding that the auto was insured and Allstate had to provide coverage for Fadlalla Ibrahim (“Ibrahim”).
