This ease, with In re Will of William A. Lawrence, Arthur O’Brien, appellant, came to the county court on appeal from an order of distribution of the probate court for the district of New Haven, in the settlement of the estate of William *427A. Lawrence, who at the time of his death and for a long time previous thereto had his domicile in Bristol in said district.
