BRADLEY, Judge.

This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court of Perry County granting a motion for a new trial.

The action was commenced when Melvin C. Armstrong, a minor, suing by and through his father as next friend, filed a three count complaint alleging that the defendant, Dr. Bobby C. Merkle, was guilty of negligence, assault and battery, and wanton conduct as a result of removing three stitches from Armstrong’s left wrist within a few minutes after placing them there to stop the bleeding from a cut.
