Appeal by the State from the granting •of a new trial after jury verdicts of guilty -oh six counts of vehicular manslaughter. The trial court granted the motion for new trial on four grounds, which, together with the contention that the evidence sustained the convictions, constitute the questions in this appeal, 1 as follows :(1) Whether or not the trial court should have given the instruction on proximate cause requested by the defendant.(2) - Whether or not the prosecutor’s argument in regard to the defendant’s intoxication was improper.(3) Whether or not the trial…
