ANN ALDRICH, District Judge.

Ricardo Andrade brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act against Crawford & Company for race and sex discrimination in employment. Andrade alleges that he was effectively forced to leave his job as a casualty adjuster because he was subjected to harsher working conditions than similarly situated white and female employees. Relying on the Civil Rights Act of 1991, Andrade has moved to amend his complaint to assert a claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
