{¶ 1} This case was called for a small claims trial on February 16, 2010, before Magistrate William F.B. Vodrey. Witnesses for plaintiff and defendant appeared and were duly sworn.

{¶ 2} Magistrate Vodrey’s findings of fact and conclusions of law are hereby approved and confirmed. Judgment is rendered for plaintiff on the complaint and against defendant in the amount of $1,750, with interest at the rate of four percent per annum from date of judgment, plus costs. Plaintiffs claim for attorney fees is denied as unsubstantiated.
