OPINION
MESSITTE, District Judge.
In this patent infringement case the Court, on August 4, 1994, issued a preliminary injunction in favor of Plaintiffs CVI/BETA Ventures, Inc., et al. against Defendants Custom Optical Frames, Inc. and Charles Dahan, prohibiting them from shipping or distributing nickel-titanium based shape-memory alloy eyeglass frames to certain named retailers or from filling orders of more than one hundred such frames to any one person, company or entity.
