MEMORANDUM *

Plaintiffs-Appellants (“Plaintiffs”) appeal the district court’s order denying Plain tiffs’ motion to remand on the grounds that Plaintiffs’ California state law claims were preempted by Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) (“Section 301”). We review de novo the denial of a motion to remand, Or. Bureau of Labor & Indus. v. U.S. W. Commc’ns, Inc., 288 F.3d 414, 417 (9th Cir. 2002), and a district court’s finding of Section 301 preemption, Cramer v. Consol. Freightways, Inc., 255 F.3d 683, 689 (9th Cir. 2001) (en banc).
