The Department of Human Services (the department) appeals judgments of the juvenile court dismissing child’s commitment to the custody of the department, approving child’s placement with father, and vacating a judgment terminating mother’s parental rights. Father cross-assigns error to the juvenile court’s denial of his motion for guardianship as moot.
