DUFFY, Chief Judge.

On July 12, 1939, plaintiff was convicted in the Criminal Court of Cook Pounty, Illinois, of the crime of burglary. .He was sentenced to life imprisonment under the Illinois. Habitual Criminal Act, Ill.Rev.Stat.1939, Chap. 38, Pars. 6.02, 603. He is presently confined in the Illinois State Penitentiary at Joliet.

Plaintiff commenced this action on September 9, 1954 appearing pro se. He named as defendants the State Attorney General, the Governor, the Director of Public Safety, and the Chairman and associate members of the Division of Correction (Board of Paroles and Pardons)…
