The plaintiff in error, John F. Riddle, defendant below was charged by information in the district court of Tulsa county, Oklahoma, with having on June 9, 1950 committed the crime of obtaining money in the sum of $29.82 from the Kitchen Craft Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, by means of false and fraudulent representations and pretenses, in violation of the provisions of Title 21, § 1541, O.S. 1951.
