Appeals from two decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed April 27, 2006, which, upon reconsideration, adhered to its prior decisions ruling that Environmental Compliance, Inc. was liable for additional unemployment insurance contributions based upon remuneration paid to claimant and others similarly situated.
