Appeals from two decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 18, 2006, which ruled that SOH Distribution Company, Inc. was liable for additional unemployment insurance contributions based on remuneration paid to claimant and others similarly situated.

Claimant was employed as a delivery driver by Snyder’s of Hanover, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of assorted snack foods.
