Affirming.

The appellees, Mary Imes and Marilyn Carol-Shall-berg, brought their respective actions in the Jefferson Circuit Court against the appellant, a corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by them as the result of a collision between the automobile in which they were riding and a truck owned by appellant and operated by its driver, George Pfiester. Appellees (plaintiffs below) alleged in their respective petitions, in substance, that on or about April 14, 1938, they were driving in a northwesterly direction on the Newburg Road…
