MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge.
This is a civil rights lawsuit arising out of Plaintiffs February 2006 arrest, and subsequent pre-trial incarceration. After Plaintiff was acquitted of the crime with which he was charged, he commenced this federal action. Plaintiff sets forth a variety claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1986. Each claim is based upon facts alleging false arrest, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution. Additionally, Plaintiff alleges related state law claims.
