OPINION AND ORDER ON FEES OF HUGHES & DORSEY

I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on the Final Fee Application of Hughes & Dorsey (H & D or Applicant) pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 330. A hearing was held on this matter.
From the commencement of the case, October 10, 1986, through confirmation, April 21, 1989, H & D billed total costs and fees at their usual hourly rate in the amount of $1,134,336.35.
