THIS IS a Chapter 7 case and the matter under consideration is a Complaint filed by Nita Pate Aughenbaugh, now known as Nita Pate McKnight, and her attorney, Mary L. Taylor (Ms. Taylor), contesting the dischargeability of a debt owed by Ms. McKnight’s former husband, Rodney Eugene Aughenbaugh (Debtor), to the Plaintiffs.
