MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
This is a dischargeability proceeding in which the plaintiff seeks to prevent the debt- or from discharging a debt payable to the plaintiff for representing the debtor’s former spouse in a dissolution proceeding.
JURISDICTION
This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 151, 157, 1334 and Local Rule 29 of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
