This is an appeal from an order denying to Hunt & Mottet Company, a corporation, and to the City Lumber Agency, a copartnership, preference in payment claimed .by them out of funds derived by the. receiver of the Northwest Peace Jubilee, an insolvent corporation, from, the sale of buildings and structures erected by that corporation upon cer*565tain streets and alleys in the city of Tacoma for the purpose of conducting a public celebration during the week of July 4, 1919.
