The plaintiff brought this action to foreclose a materialman’s lien on a building erected by defendant Greenacres Golf Club on land owned by the defendant Bothell Dairy Farm. From a judgment foreclosing the lien and permitting plaintiff to remove the building from the land, the defendant Bothell Dairy Farm appeals.
