This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of the United States for tlie Western district of Virginia, rendered on the 14th day of June, 1898, in the cause in equity pending in said court, wherein J. W. Breed, suing in his own behalf and that of other creditors of the Glasgow Investment Company, was complainant, and the said Glasgow Company and others were defendants. The appellant, the A. F.
