This action of trespass was brought by Jane Dobson and her husband against the Borough of Crafton to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by Mrs. Dobson as the result of a fall on the sidewalk in front of the home of the additional defendant. The jury returned a verdict for defendant. Plaintiffs thereupon filed a motion for a new trial, which was sustained by a court composed of the trial judge and one other judge.
