Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of seven counts each of rape in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 20.00, 130.35 [1]) and sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 20.00, 130.50 *1084[1]), two counts of attempted sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 20.00, 110.00, 130.50 [1]), and five counts of sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 20.00, 130.65 [1]).
