¶ 1 Appellant, Robert Spieler, appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed on September 7, 2004, by the Honorable Donald E. Machen of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, following Appellant’s conviction of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance.1 Specifically, Appellant asks us to decide whether the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence recovered after a traffic stop.
