Affirming.
Appellee, Lipginski, was arrested in January, 1925, on a warrant charging him with a violation of subsection 15 of section 331a, Kentucky Statutes, which constitutes a part of the child labor laws. A hearing was had before a magistrate and appellee, Lipginski, found guilty, a fine being imposed. From the judgment entered thereon Lipginsld appealed to the Jefferson circuit court.
