¶1 — This appeal follows convictions for first degree kidnapping, first degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first degree robbery, first degree robbery, and two counts of first degree assault. The defendant and another man broke into a home, intent on stealing drugs and money. The defendant pistol-whipped and seized one victim, and then threatened him at gunpoint. The defendant makes a number of assignments of error on appeal.
