Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Katz, J.), rendered June 28, 1993, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that the People failed to establish by legally sufficient evidence that he is the person who committed the robbery of which he was convicted is unpreserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Bynum, 70 NY2d 858; People v Hemphill, 187 AD2d 728).
