These jointly-administered chapter 11 cases are before the court for ruling after an evidentiary hearing on the objections of Wilmington Trust, N.A., as successor indenture trustee for the 10.75% senior unsecured notes (“Wilmington”), to two proofs of claim, both filed by first lien parties.
