Plaintiff Marshonda Fugett brings this action against her former employer, De*1221fendant Security Transport Services, Inc. (“STS”), alleging' claims of sexual harassment and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination (“KAAD”).
