This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting a permanent injunction and awarding damages. The appellee did not file a brief. On October 31, 1973, appellee filed a complaint praying for a temporary restraining order restraining certain picketing, a temporary injunction enjoining the same, and a permanent injunction. An affidavit was also filed and the trial court entered an ex parte restraining order. On November 7, 1973, a hearing was held on the temporary injunction.
